With over 25 years of personal experience and an existing family architecture practice with a legacy spanning more than 50 years, Sam delivers innovative, sustainable designs across the North of England. His passion lies in creating bespoke residential homes, while also bringing experience in commercial schemes and mixed-use developments. Known for his flair for finer details and distinctive use of natural materials, Sam creates timeless, refined spaces. Skilled in navigating complex planning and design processes, he ensures every project meets specification, is delivered efficiently, and exemplifies quality craftsmanship. Sam’s creative vision and collaborative approach reflect the values that define Moreton Deakin Construction.
